Dear loyal customers,
Today we are announcing the updates of all our themes, plugins, and license manager update.
We have had issues with our old license manager. We have left it for good and moved to a new license manager. So, for us it had been hectic previous couple of days.
We did our best to provide you all the updates of new versions premium themes and plugins that support the new license manager. But at the end, our old license manager that should be working correctly somehow broke. So, we could not provide you all the updates of new versions premium themes and plugins as before. We are truly sorry for it and we apologize for the inconvenience caused you due to it.
You can still download the updated new version of premium theme or plugin from your account. But to update the theme or plugin to new versions, it needs to be done manually.
Download latest version of theme or plugin
Please, follow the instructions below to download the new versions of premium themes and plugins:
- Log into Your Account. After successful login, you’ll be prompted to your account dashboard.
- Under Downloads tab, you’ll find your purchased theme or plugin and download button to download them. Click on the download button to download the theme or plugin file.

Update the theme or plugin to latest version
Once the download of theme or plugin file is complete. Follow the instructions below to update the theme or plugin.

- Log into your website’s dashboard.
- If you are updating a theme, then click on Appearance > Themes. If you are updating a plugin, then click on Plugins.
- Click the Add New button and then click on Upload Theme or Upload Plugin button.
- Upload the downloaded theme or plugin file(.zip) and click on Install Now button.
- Click on the Replace current with an uploaded button to update the theme or plugin.
FYI: Since Orchid store pro is a plugin you need to upload plugin via Dashboard > Plugin > Add new.
Note: You must have WordPress version 5.5 or greater to update following above instructions.
If you have older versions WordPress than 5.5, please use FTP client to update your theme or plugin via FTP protocol.
- Extract the files the the downloaded the theme or plugin contains. You should have a folder named as theme or plugin itself, containing theme or plugin files.
- Using an FTP client to access your host web server. Navigate to /wp-content/themes/ directory to upload theme files or navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ directory to upload plugin files.
- Upload the theme or plugin folder to respective directory on your host server.
- This will update your theme or plugin on your server.
Get and update your new license
After you have successfully updated your theme or plugin, on your website’s dashboard, click on the License Manager and you’ll see that your license field empty.
Follow the instructions below to get and update your new license.

- Log into Your Account. After successful login, you’ll be prompted to your account dashboard.
- Navigate to the License tab. Click on the key icon associated with your theme or plugin. The license key will be displayed. Copy the license key.
- Back to your website’s dashboard, click on License Manager and then paste the license key. Then click on the Save Changes button.
- Once the license key is saved. Click on the Activate License button. This will activate the license for the theme or plugin.

We know this is a kind of hassle to go through all these processes. We truly apologize for this. We hope you’ll understand and patiently update your theme or plugin and activate the new license.
