Moreover, on purchasing a subscription to Themebeez, or downloading and using one of our WordPress Themes or Plugins, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions described below.
PRODUCTS & SERVICES
ThemeBeez provides you free and premium themes/plugins for your WordPress website. Our themes/plugins are sold as a digital download through our website where you can download them with no cost for the free version and you have to pay for the premium/pro version.
PAYMENT & TRANSACTIONS
Themebeez is not a payment gateway or a payment processor. We do not charge you directly. We define the product price & you will be paying for the product though world trusted 3rd party payment processors. Therefore, we are not responsible for any online frauds & cheating. You are recommended to keep your credentials secure & safe yourself.
SUPPORT
We support our products. Here, when we mention products that include both free & premium products. However, there are few limitations & things that you need to know. Below is a brief description of the support term.
We reserve the right to define the support level at this point. This means that not all the support requests will be treated in the same way.
- Priority support: will be introduced in 2020
- Premium support: All our users purchasing our premium product will be on this level.
- Free support – Limited support for users using our free product.
CLARIFYING FREE SUPPORT
You can modify our products distributed under the GPL license how you want. There is nothing wrong with customizing a product distributed under a GPL license.
You are 100% free to do that.
Most of the time we will place a credit link somewhere within a product. Again, you can remove that link according to the GPL license but we may refuse to provide you additional support in this case.
We have already contributed a free product under GPL license which doesn’t mean support also has to be for free. This is why we have a pro version of that product which includes additional features & support.
However, we still provide limited support & help for free product users according to our support policy.
SUBSCRIPTION
Themebeez does not have a limited time subscription like other companies & products. To keep our users always in a win-win situation all our products will work lifetime without any problem.
UPDATES
ThemeBeez will release updates & upgrades for themes ( Free & Pro ) & plugins as per the necessity. We do not have any calendar set for updates and upgrades. Here updates doesn’t mean adding new feature on the products but they could be too done if we feel that is really necessary.
COMPATIBILITY
It is our duty to always keep the themes/plugins up-to-date and working with the latest version of WordPress. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is version 5.2.4 or greater (recommended: PHP 5.6 or greater) and MySQL version 5.0 or greater (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater) check http://wordpress.org/about/requirements/.
We can ensure but not guaranteed, that themes/plugin will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers as all the 3rd party themes/plugins are built for limited Compatibility. Make sure you ask us questions before you use our products.
BROWSER COMPATIBILITY
Our products support all modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome (all on PC & Mac ). As Internet Explorer is getting depreciated we do not guarantee that our product will work perfectly on it.
THEME LICENCE
All our products are labeled with a proper license. If you found our product without a license, in this case, our license will be GPLv2 or GPLv3.
PRICE
We reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the price of the theme without prior notice. Offers & Sale are generally for a limited time and you must redeem that with-in the offer/sale expires.
WARRANTY
Our themes are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our themes – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins ) or modify the theme files. Also, we reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third party plugins have been installed.
REFUND POLICY
If you are experiencing a technical issue, before requesting a refund, let our support team help resolve the issue. We are more than happy to help you. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve your problem. However, if you are unhappy with our product & support you may claim a refund in this case. We have a separate refund policy set up to make everything transparent between us. Make sure you read our dedicated refund policy well before you contact us for a refund.
We reserve a right to change our refund policy from time to time without any notice if we think we need to do that. All the changes will live on the above web address.
OWNERSHIP & LIABILITY
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of themebeez.come. So it is strictly forbidden and will result in the loss of subscription and other actions as defined by copyright law.
